Had some issues with the repair employees being overbooked but in the end Alan made it right. Dryer is now working and David was very nice and helpful to my mom.

The tech showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part. He made a return appointment, showed up on time, and only took a few minutes to replace the part. Great job

They wouldn't fix it later on so I had to call somebody else for that. I had to have it redone by someone else because they would not repair their own mistakes. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody and would ask them not to use them. They did come out when we needed them to.

The 14 year old washing machine would not spin the water out so I called White's and a repairman was sent out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the lid switch and the washer worked. However, the following day I had the same problem, called White's and they sent the same man back who replaced the switch again, at no cost to me and it has worked well ever since.The repairman was prompt, called just before coming and quickly found the reason the washer would not spin and drain.

Overall, everything went well. The repairman was timely, knowledgeable and courteous. He offered good options and did the best he could. To stop the leak he just shut the water off for us. His service call has earned White's first dib when we go to buy our new fridge. Very happy with their service.

I bought the appliance from White's, so I thought they were the people to call for service. The service man did not even show up on the day he was scheduled to come to my house. Neither did he call to let me know he was going to be late. He let me wait for him all afternoon without even so much as a call! When he finally did show up the next day he had a lousy attitude. And, even though I had described the problem to Mr. White, the guy did not have the necessary part with him. It was as if he was not at all prepared to do the job. To top it off, when he returned the third day to complete the repair, he demanded to be paid for a second srvice call. Needless to say, I WILL NOT CALL WHITE'S APPLIANCES FOR SERVICE AGAIN. NOR WILL I SPEND EVEN ONE MORE DOLLAR BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. PLEASE, WHEN YOU NEED AN APPLIANCE, PASS BY THIS STORE. THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT RELIABLY PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE, NOR SUPPORT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Excellent. Without a doubt their services remarkabley out do any other company we have done business with in the 20+ years we have lived in this area. I will purchase new appliances from them with much better prices, selection, and delivery than any big box store in the area. They back any appliance they sell with excellent service. It they tell you they will be at your home for repairs or instillation on Wednesday expect them on Monday or Tuesday. Can not say enough about there services.

It was very good and I would use them again. They came out quickly and when they said they would. He even did some extra repairs and it was something that he didn't charge me for. They were reasonably priced and I would recommend them. He was very courteous and seemed to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing.

They came within a day or so after I had called them and I told them of the problem I was experiencing. They also stand behind their warranty which I really appreciate that. He also didn't make a mess at all in the repair process. The guy was very courteous and polite. They really had a good service. There was no cost to me as it was covered under warranty.

This was a sub contractor that got very high praises from us. Without hesitation they knew where the problem existed and took care of it. The problem hasn t reoccurred and we couldn t have asked for a better experience. The serviceman was just the nicest fellow and didn t take any time to complete what was needed. My refrigeration was under warranty through Home Depot.

I called them when my washing machine quite working, because I knew that they could take care of it. They were able to come out quite quickly. They told me that the transmission was bad and that it would be cheaper to buy a new washer. I have been doing business with them for the last twenty years and I feel that they are a very good company.

The ice maker was working great ever since the repairs were made. The repairman was a good guy who knew what he was doing. When I called them they were pretty busy because I had to call three times to get them out here. Once they got here they did the repair right away and did so without any problems.

The repairman they sent out was great. He was very nice and took his time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. We haven't had any problems with the washer since he was out. The only complaint I had was that it took them a couple of days to get out here to do the repair. My warranty covered the cost of the repair.

We have had the refrigerator for about 3 years now and it was one of the biggest models you could find. Anyhow, we bought it from Whites and we had it under warranty with them. We called them and they sent a guy out who was able to get it fixed in only 20 minutes. I was happy with them and the refrigerator worked fine.

I was very happy with this company. They sent someone out not too long after I called them. The serviceman was very friendly and helpful to me. He did a nice job of explaining how to clean my washer so I don't have to be charged for something I can do myself. I liked that, as that would save me money in the future.

The repairman came right over to fix the dishwasher. The man was really nice and did a good job of cleaning up after himself. We never had another problem with the seal. I couldn t remember the price, but it was reasonable.

Other than they were always very busy, I really have liked what they did for us. I will say when we did get a scheduled date; they were out right on time and knew how to locate the problem. The refrigerator hasn t been a problem since they repaired it and I could count on them for the same great results every time.
