+ -1 moreAlthough he wasn't there when he said he would be--he did call. As my schedule was very flexible that day--it wasn't a problem. I know that individual repairs can cause delays, based on what issues are at hand. I called him based on a referral from another repair service--(that no longer repaired dishwashers) and he called me back that evening and I didn't have to wait for weeks for an appointment. He communicated well with me, explained the problem and showed me the cause and fixed it.
Description of Work: Mr. Crowe took apart the dishwasher to determine the problem, put it through its cycles to determine the problem. He discovered that when the dishwasher was installed originally, the drain line wasn't looped(causing the water to drain out immediately) and also needed to be replaced. (there wasn't enough line)He replaced the line, ran it through it's cycles and put it all back together.
