Appliance Repair
Although he wasn't there when he said he would be--he did call. As my schedule was very flexible that day--it wasn't a problem. I know that individual repairs can cause delays, based on what issues are at hand. I called him based on a referral from another repair service--(that no longer repaired dishwashers) and he called me back that evening and I didn't have to wait for weeks for an appointment. He communicated well with me, explained the problem and showed me the cause and fixed it.
