Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
We had a service call a few months ago for which the team assured us that they had fixed the issue with our shower leak. They gave us a 1 year service call warranty if there were any other subsequent issues. A few months later we experienced the same issue. Reached out over 7 times and was promised on 3 different occasions that they would come back out. They were a no call-no show all 3 times. This has been about 2 months and we still have not received any service. We now have to come out of pocket and find another plumber to come out and remedy the issues. Very unfortunate as we?ve been extremely understanding and patient throughout the holidays. Money and time wasted!
