The estimates were good. However, most all of the plumbing was installed incorrectly. Water lines running into the house did not meet standard. We used high end Grohe faucets and the plumber installed each one incorrectly which lead to damage to fixtures. The heating and air ducts were also installed incorrectly. We ended up hiring another Corley Plumbing to come in and correct the pipe lines and, fortunately, Grohe replaced the faucets that had been damaged by Southerland's plumbers. Also, The Service Company corrected the air ducts and balanced the air throughout the new addition. I would not recommend Southerland Construction to anyone. We continue to have plumbing problems with pipes hidden behind the wall. The contractors Southerland used were inexperienced and not qualified to do plumbing or heating and A/C.
