After a pleasant initial phone convo we discussed a mutually agreeable time to meet for an estimate on interior painting. It was discussed that should there be any reason he couldn't make it he would call me. If I didn't hear, he would be there. As a busy working woman I arranged my schedule to accommodate this meeting. No call, no show! Clearly they are so successful they don't need my business nor do they have the courtesy or professionalism to cancel. This is a total disregard for the customers time and I would not be interested in doing business with this concern. It is disappointing since AL so highly recommends them and I was impressed with the website as well. Very poor work ethics.

Requested Painting o.f Bedroom walls and trim team arrived on time and job completed above our expectations in a timely matter. Quality of paint was excellent with minimal fuses. Also was accommodated when we asked if bathroom of master could be painted which was an unexpected request. It was done.

Mr. Rodriguez gave me a written quote and was the lowest quote I received. However, I was not satisfied with his crew's work. When I expressed this to Mr. Rodriguez, he insisted on making me happy. He sent his best painter over the next day. All of my complaints were completed and expertly taken care of. He did a superb job. Mr. Rodriguez does not say "Satisfaction Guaranteed" in his ad, but he certainly came through for me!

He came in and went over everything with me that would be done and the quote. The guys that came just went right along. He come back and saw things that he wanted redone and they had to come back and redo it.

Great! Everything was done as promised and at a reasonable price. Mr. Rodriguez even did some minor repairs to my drywall and trim. I have referred several friends already. This is the only painter in Greenville that I would use.

Mr. Rodriguez was very quick to reply and provided a quote via text after photos and a description of the damage was provided. He was very responsive during our text discussion to set up a date for the work. They arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner. There were no issues with cleanliness.

We coordinated a time to have the work done and they came right on time. They did a fantastic job! The color was a perfect match! We are having the gutters replaced and plan to have them come back and paint them too. We recommend Rodriguez Painting to everyone!!

Mr. Rodriguez came promptly to give a quote, worked with me on scheduling, and was very efficient in getting the work done. He repaired to sections of ceiling and painted the ceilings. Taped off everything and cleaned up after the job was done. There was some fine dust that had to be cleaned up, but that is to be expected with sanding. He even painted a bathroom ceiling that was not originally quoted and charged minimally for the addition. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

The entire process went extremely well. Bid was significantly lower than the competitor and was accurate as to scope of work. When I later changed the scope of work, adding to it and changing paint specs, the charge for the additional expense was very reasonable. Mr. Rodriguez was flexible as to schedule, coming earlier than planned when he finished another job early. This allowed proper sequencing of work (painters before cleaners). The work was excellent. There were many points at which different colors met at wall/wall or wall/ceiling. These were by and large razor-sharp, noticeably better than the previous paint job. Crews always came on time and job was finished on schedule. When I made a mistake by asking for the wrong sheen on a ceiling in one room, they came early the next day and used the proper sheen and did not charge me. Crews were very professional and friendly. They did no damage to anything in the house, and left no mess of any kind. I have found no paint drips anywhere.

Painted interior of house, including garage. Painted all walls, some ceilings. Removed shelves, filled screw holes, etc. in walls. Walls are textured, so those repairs included restoring the texture.

They did a great job with the repairs. They were able to repair the popcorn ceiling and remove the water stains and damage, including the area around my skylight. It all looks seamless. There were a couple of spots that didn't match the rest of their work initially, but I called them up and they came right out to take a look. They fixed everything and made sure I was happy with the results. They told me to call again if I had any other issues. They are very proud of their work and make sure that their clients are fully satisfied!

Their estimate was about $4000 less than other estimates and since they had good reviews I decided to hire them. I could not be more pleased. The only reason I rated B on 2 things was because the first time he was to show up to give estimate he did not show up. He said he got lost but he did not call me. However, the next day he showed up promptly. They were to start the job the Monday after Easter and again nobody showed up and no phone call. When I phoned him he said they were running a day behind and would be there on Tuesday and they arrived "early" on Tuesday and were there everyday "early" until the job was completed on Friday. They were absolutely great and I would not hesitate to use again. I think there may be a language issue on appropriate behavior of calling if you are unable to show up on time. However, this would not keep me from using them in the future

I had an appointment on 3/30/16 for an estimate on power washing, staining, and painting. The appointment was set for 3:00 pm and I received an email about 45 minutes prior stating that something "came up" and Mr. R would not be able to make the appointment. We rescheduled for 4/9/16 and this time I was stood up. I see many good reviews on this company, hence the reason why I wanted a quote for the work needed. You can be the best painter in the world, but if you treat supposed customers in this manner, I will gladly take my business to someone who wants it!

Everything went super! The house looks great. The guys came early, painted all day, and did a super job. Nothing to complain about. The job was done very well, and worth the money.
Description of Work
Pressure wash all of the exterior surfaces to be painted. Replace one rotted board on the sofit up on the roof, including 1x1 board about two feet long, fill in hole on one of the shutters, scrape peeling paint, sand, prime bare wood as needed. Paint both sides of the new doors, clean areas where mildew is found on the wood trim with chlorine bleach and water. Apply two coats of 100% acrylic latex paint on all of the trim, shutters, windows in the back, wood siding, car port etc. Paint used was SW duration. Payment to be made up on completion of the job. $ 3545.00 this includes 10% Angie's list discount.
