I bought a voucher (unfortunatley not an Angie's List deal) for this service to get pressure washing for the outside of my home. I made a mistake of overlooking the fine print that said it did not include brick. My bad! However, it was too late to request a refund from the voucher company. I contacted RPS to schedule service since I needed to get something for my money. Since all they were going to have to pressure wash for my $99 were my (brand new) gutters and soffetts, I asked if they could include a small wood deck in back to make up for the money spent. The answer was a decisive "no". They would have to charge a separate amount for the deck, even though I would be getting so little for my original money. Then, they said well yes, we can do brick on the house but that is an extra charge. uh, well, ok I already spent quite a bit for this service for which I will get almost nothing but there was no consideration of this because they "have to move the hoses the same number of times", regardless. Sooo, I say ok i might as well get something for my money so come on and do what you can.Then I find out that we essentially have no input into when they will come out. He gave me a 3 day window and when I noted the times that we would be there those days, he said he could not guarantee that because they have to make their routes efficient, according to the other jobs they have. Notice that so far I have felt no consideration or customer service orientation... but it keeps going... Last night, I received an email late in the evening dictating that they will be there between 8:30a and 10a this morning and that they will be able to do the deck (which I think means they will include it for the money already spent - great). My husband and I did not have a chance to clear items off the deck so we asked if we could get a bit more notice to do that and reschedule. Nope, they showed up. They got started and informed my husband they needed an additional $110 to do the small deck. Really? Seriously? Oh, and it turns out it did matter whether we were there because we had to turn off the lights, etc. so it was not really irrelevant. This was not a good experience. Perhaps everything they said was reasonable for the pressure washing business, although I think some accommodation could have been given. We would have been repeat customers and one would think this is the reason for doing the vouchers anyway, to introduce new customers to a business. We absolutely will not be calling them again.

"I remember this customer well! First, she purchased a living social voucher for 50% off that had a decription of what was included and not included as well as a tab on our company web site that also list what is included and not included as well as extra charges. I don't believe she read anything before purchasing. Then she gets mad because she wants to have additional work done and I tell give her a price before we even came out. She forgets to mention we did a excellent job on her house and deck. The deal also mentions prior to purchase that we group houses together so we make our route more effecient. This customer also left right before we finished without even letting us know! So she wouldn't have to pay us and make us come back. I tried to call her and her husband several times to no avail. Then at 7pm her husband calls and says I can come get the check.... Our company would never do any work for this customer again. We service over 30 people per week and out of the 300 plus jobs we sold on living social this would have to be one of the most problematic customers we have ever had in 25 years of business. If she did not like the deal she should have got a refund from living social in the time frame allowed, but I guess that wasnt read either."
