I was impressed with how quickly the guy had the inspection done. He cleaned up before he left and he also seemed like a very nice guy. We have actually been using them for quite some time now to make sure our furnace is working properly.

Rackley Heating made this as simple as possible. I called them up and explained to them over the phone what was going on. They had a good idea what was wrong. The unit we had was an antique unit so it's not always easy to find parts but they have always came through and been able to take care of the problems for me.
