The company was easy to get a hold of and always returned calls promptly. They seemed to pay more attention to detail in the building process, than other companies I've come in contact with. The house took three months to build. We bought the house after the first month, during the framing phase. We were dealing with cross country move, so there was a good level of trust. They were good with maintaining contact and would always check into things that I would request to know about. They were punctual, courteous, and offered up advice and suggestions readily. I would recommend them to family or a friend.

Poinsettia did an excellent job and built our home just as we wanted it to be. They took care of all the residual issues, although they acted slowly to take care of several of them. They also did the landscaping.

What fabulous builders they were and we were quite fortunate to view some of the many layouts for designing various homes. They allowed us to design all of the bedrooms to our liking as well as the kids down to the carpet thickness style and color. They did an excellent job.

We have been pleased with our new home. They took care of all the minor repairs and concerns we had within the first 30 days. The materials they used were of high quality. Our house was perfect. They are coming back next month for their year-end inspection and there was nothing to fix.
