Inspector falsified the report in several areas. I'm not even sure this individual had the professional knowledge to recognize a problem with a home if he saw it. The company owner performed the services. The report indicated there were no problems with the home. Later after moving into the home, we documented numerous areas where the report was falsifed. Water leaks, broken concrete in walks and drive-way. One furnace duct full of water and sagged down at least two feet that wasn't reported. Cracks in drywall, nail pops and plumbing fixtures in the spare bath that didn't work properly. I contacted the company with photographic evidence of his falsifed report. He offered me my money back with the stipulation that I sign a full legal release for all liability.
Description of Work: Full home inspection was performed as part of home purchase. This company was recommended by our real estate agent.
