Fencing Service
Lousy. At first, Mr. Jeremy Seth Cobb, the owner, said he had to wait a week for my check to clear. Checking with my bank it cleared the next day. He sent a crew of two out a week later. They demolished about 1/2 the old fence. On the new fence they set poles in concrete but they did not follow the property line as contracted. Of the 40 poles set about 35 will have to be removed. I have called, texted, written and emailed Mr. Cobb with no response. It appears he has taken my money and has no intentions to complete the work. For a $4,800.16 total contract I will have to spend at least $4,500. to have the job completed because the work was not done properly. This is in addition to the $3000.00 paid as a material deposit to Mr. Cobb.
