I had an insurance think that the covering around my chimney was creosote. He informed me it wasnt. Please keep in mind he only works part time.

I originally had Keith come out 10 years ago to inspect our fireplace. He was very professional, and told me that it didn't really need cleaning. He charged a small fee for coming out and inspecting it (I understand it is $60 for an inspection now). He left a very good impression, so I kept his card and called him this week to have him check it again. This time he and his wife came together. It needed cleaning this time, which proceeded quickly. They were done in about an hour, having kept my cream colored carpet clean with tarps and throw rugs for the hall. Overall a very good experience, and I will definitely recommend them. (And will call more often than every 10 years!)

Chimney Sweeping
I am very disappointed with this company. They basically charged us to say they could not do anything. While looking at my chimney they said we had some cracks and told us to call someone else. They were supposed to sweep the chimney. I was just totally shocked about the whole situation. I never give bad referrals, but, in this case I will.
