Our motto, "Quality Work at Affordable Prices" is also our mission. We give free, no presure estimates. We stand behind our work. We do use sub contractors, however, we do not bid out the jobs. We use crews we know and have worked with before to insure the jobs are done correctly.

The workers were a little inexperienced. They started late everyday. They had to work late every evening. They still need supervision. They did get all the work done in a satisfactory fashion. Glen is knowledgeable, and professional. I plan to use him on some other projects on my house.

My screen porch needed to be re-screened because of hail and bird damage. The Screen Tight system on the porch is approximately 15 years old. Glenn, the general manager of the company, and his son did an excellent job. Glenn did the job exactly as promised, and I am pleased with the results. I will use Palmetto Home Improvement on future jobs around the house.

From start to finish, the company was responsive to e-mail contacts and telephone calls. They moved in to do the work at an agreed upon date and did not drag out the job. When maintenance becomes necessary on this property again, I will contact them.
