Great Company. I have two houses and my main residence they did a Blow away job on the report attached with the treatment. The report had photos and a lengthy detailed write up. The other house was inspected and we had a knowledgeable conversation. They know what they’re doing and prove it.

They were able to come out the same week (not the case with 2 other companies I called). They did the work quickly, were very friendly and professional. The special pricing was for pre-construction treatment, ongoing treatment for the existing structure was quoted at $800 which is competitive with other companies. Treatment is quoted to last 8-10 years. I definitely recommend Palmetto Exterminators!

We signed up for Pest Control qtly service(every 3 months). Carey-service technician came and did an excellent job. He inspected external/internal of the house including the crawl space. He removed all debris around windows and closed pipe-opening in crawl space/kitchen. He sprayed around the windows and foundation around the house. This people are professional and the did great job. We also have termite control with them for the last 10 years. Thanks Carey for doing an outstanding job.!

I've used Palmetto Exterminating for years at my previous house. I've always been very satisfied with them. They are very professional and reliable. When they recently did the initial treatment at my current house, they were punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. They do good work and I highly recommend them.

Showed service technician several different bugs that we had in and around the house (including either a wasp, yellow jacket or hornet) and he could not identify any of them.

Palmetto Exterminators has been providing annual treatment and services for us since 1980 (that's why our annual cost is so low; that's the charge we first paid for the service 34 years ago!) Always professional and courteous, the technicians provide careful yet efficient service. It is a family owned and family worked business. When we first started using Palmetto, the owner on occasion provided the services. Last week, his grandson provided the treatment with all the quality we have grown accustomed too. Your cost for services rendered may not be as low as mine, but if you stick with them, 34 years from now, it will seem that way!

The technician took the time to answer all of my questions and was very personable. I was present the entire time and think that they did a very thorough and excellent job. I will continue to use them for my termite bond.

They are really good! They are very reliable and once you pay your quarterly bill they would come back as many times as necessary if you needed them too, they don't charge extra it is built in with your quarterly fee. They are terrific!

They are fine. I have been using them for years.

I think they probably do a good job initially, because we did have a little termite problem. But I do think they are overpriced.

It was pretty much as expected. Once you start with them the price you pay is the price you indefinitely pay for the annual service. I've had them since I've owned the house. I have no reason not to continue using them.

I have been using this service for 11 years and apparently they have changed owners. For 10 years they have always sprayed inside on the back half of my house which is slab and then sprayed outside under the eves. Also inspected the crawl space. This year they would not spray inside where the slab was unless I paid another $117.00 on top of what I already paid. I told the fellow this had always been included in the original price and he called and they said no, it would be extra. The person that came to the house said he would ask about it and have the owners call me. I never heard anything again. A month or so later I had a person from the company sit in my driveway (according to my neighbor) for an hour until I got home and asked what he needed. He said he was here to do a service and I told it had already been done a month ago and he left. Both men that came to my house were Hispanic but the second fellow didn't seem like he spoke or understood much english. This may be why he was at the wrong house. Needless to say I will NOT use them again.

I've been using this company for two years and I have not had any problems with ants or spiders every since I hired them. They don t make a mess or anything since they only work on the outside. The workers who come by are very courteous.

They charged me $800 for the termite treatment on the home and then they inspected every year. They also treated for termites every 10 years. The other service was $60 a year to spray for other pests. They used a good product because we don t have a bug problem anymore.

The annual contract was already set up through the homebuilder. We decided to stick with them, and they have proven themselves to be reliable and convenient pest control. Their service men are very knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to and ask questions. They are very persistent at their job and do it at their utmost ability.

This company was wonderful. They showed up right when they were supposed to. The man was very nice. They did the inspection for us once a year. They have kept our home bug free, and that's what made us very happy.

They came out once a year and inspected our yard. We haven't had any problems with termites so they must have used good products on our yard. The guy was always explanatory on what he had done whenever he came out.

Palmetto Exterminating had been a trusting and reliable pest control service. They were a 50-year-old family owned business with an excellent reputation in our area. I have recommended them to a dozen neighbors already. They have always shown up as promised and notified us before coming out.

I really thought these guys did a great job for me. I have not had any bug problems at all since I began using them. They came out once a year, unless I called them to come out sooner. I don't have any complaints about this company. I couldn t remember what they charged for this service.
