Oscar was very nice but did not really know how to complete my flooring repair job. I had only 4 boards that needed repairing and I have the flooring ready. If he told me I needed to have the glue, so When and got it. Angie’s site says the pros bring things like glue. By the time I got back the bad flooring was out and had tongue and groove and didn’t need to be glued. No problem. But when Oscar went to fix the boards together he just could not do it. The job should have taken 45 minutes but after 2 hours he was still not done. At that point he told us he was leaving and would not finish the just unless we paid him 50 dollars. If we didn’t then we could call Angi and they could send someone whenever!!! We paid him the 50 dollars because we couldn’t leave the floor that way. In the process of fixing the floor many boards got broken. He was also an hour and forty minutes late to us but at least he called to let us know. This is my first Angi’s experience and it was not positive. Angi’s app is not good also.
