We are a full service small engine repair shop. We offer a variety of services including welding, fabricating, repairs, and pick up deliveries. We also sell parts if you are the do it yourself type. There is a $25.00 deposit required for each unit dropped off once diagnosed the estimate is given minus the deposit.

I contacted this company on June 7 to service my Honda lawnmower that would not start - I received email response very quickly and arranged to drop off the lawnmower. I was told it would be 6 weeks to repair and I would be contacted when repaired. After 8 weeks went by with no contact, my wife tried to contact the company several times with no response. Finally after 10 weeks, we heard back that lawnmower would be ready later that week. We picked up the lawnmower and brought it home and to our surprise - it would not start - same as when we dropped it off. My wife brought it back and Mr Nelson looked at it the same day - he used some quick start spray and the lawnmower started. He said their was probably some debris in the line. We took it home and it started okay. Since this is now our spare lawnmower (we had to but a new one because we could not wait 10 weeks to cut the grass!) - we used it sparingly over the last 2 months. Two weeks ago - about 8 weeks after service was completed - it once again will not start. We feel we wasted our money with this service and will now have to bring it somewhere else to be repaired. Based on other reviews, it seems people have had good experiences with this company but we will never be back and would strongly recommend finding a more reliable and professional service for your lawnmower repairs.

"We are sorry you feel this way but your facts are incorrect. You where emailed quickly with a response and also emailed the findings. The mower was an old mower and the compression was very low on it. It was noted in your bill. The carb was cleaned and the motor was running and shown it would run when it was picked up. There was no record of any calls plus we always respond back to emails quickly. The motor on the mower had been very well used. After it was taken from the shop and an email was received that you had problems cranking it, you where informed to bring it back in and I would go through it right then and see what the issue could be. That was done so it would not be at the shop again for repair. The fuel was checked and the carb was sprayed and the mower cranked and ran yet again and was tested 4 times before letting it go to make sure it was running. If you have let it sit another 8 weeks without using it then you again have a fuel issue because fuel cannot set for a period of time and stay stable enough to run. You state the cost was 150 but the records show you where only charged $72.92 for a service and a carb cleaning. That is way below average for this repair and was only because the motor was so old and the life expectancy was on its last leg. The blades where in bad shape and really needing to be replaced but to keep from having a costly repair that was not done. If your using it sparingly as you stated you need to keep the fuel in it fresh or you will have trouble with any mower you have,"

Personal Pace aspect of the lawn mower had not been working for several months so there was no power assist effectivly turning it into a push mower. Also the mower had not been serviced and needed oil change etc.
We called on Saturday morning and were told to bring the mower over with an apology that it would probably take five days as he already had a number of items in line. He examined the mower and pointed out that there was a belt that needed replacing and we were also warned that on this machine everything was under covers so that would add to the work time.
The following Saturday we picked up the mower, received an explanation of what had been done, including sharpening the blade and a detailed and fully itemised receipt . The mower was used the next day and all I could say was "Wow why did we wait to deal with this?" The motor ran smoothly, the mower cut well but best of all I didn't have to shove it up the hill!

We had two riding lawnmowers sitting in our garage, neither of which worked. After contacting the company, they gave us a price to come out to our property and pick up both mowers for repair. Once they arrived at our home, they reviewed the issues with each mower and gave us an idea of what was probably wrong and an estimated cost of repair. Sooner than expected, he called and gave us detailed quotes for both mowers along with letting us know what repairs absolutely needed to be done and what could be done but was more of a nice to have option than a necessity. He had no issue with us picking and choosing what actions we wanted performed on each mower. The following week, he brought both mowers out to our property and showed us they were working. He also provided some helpful tips as far as operating them and some information about the quirks of one of the brands.

From initial contact, pick-up of equipment and delivery back to my location everything went exceptionally well. Phone call was returned on time. Pick up of equipment was on time. Equipment was serviced and repaired in a professional way and was delivered as promised and demonstrated in good working order. Cost was very reasonable. I will defintely use NCT when needed in the future and will gladly recommend them to others.

Overall, I contacted NCT by phone, asked about their pick up service which was a bit more than I wanted to pay, so decided to drop off the mower myself. I had to make a ramp with a kit from Lowe's and ask a neighbor to help me push the mower into the back of my truck. I drove about 25 mins to his shop. Nelson helped me get the mower off my truck. Than, he took down what I felt was needed to be done to the mower, explained that he would be in touch being of the week to tell me a better estimate. He followed up with all that he said he would do. I picked up my mower about a week later. The only thing which I think he could improve on for the overall experience is organize the shop and the overall appearance of the property.

I emailed Mr. Perry about repairing my riding mower. He called and I told him what the problem was. He stated that it sounded like the blades were bent and that it also needed a battery. He picked up the mower since I had to way of transporting it. I wasn't going to be home on Friday morning so he delivered the mower Saturday morning. All in all, a quite pleasant experience. Mr. Perry went over the repairs with me and actually brought my old blades so I could see the damage. A very pleasant and personable young man. I was very pleased with the entire transaction.

My 11 year old riding lawn mower would hardly run and the brakes needed adjustment. I called Perry at NCT on Saturday June 9th and they picked it up promptly as promised. Perry completed a to do list on the lawn mower for what I asked to be done. My lawn mower was ready on the following Friday, June 15th as promised. Before returning the mower he sent me pictures by email of what was wrong with the carb and after repair pictures. This was an expceptional customer service practice. My lawn mover runs and looks new!!! I highly recommend Perry and NCT for your repairs. The price and customer service is the best I have ever had on my equipment.

It had it power washed and the blade sharpened when I picked it up. He had it ready a day early.
