Knights electrical never called so I obtained the number from the home warranty company.  I called and was told they did not call me because " home warranty companies want a 24 hr visit and he was unable to do that. I told him that was Ok He could come out the next week.  He did come out on time,  He took apart my ceiling fan and left saying he would return with the part as soon as he got it.  The next week I called The home warranty company,  Knights Electric did not and any of my or the home warranty's calls.   The good the $45. fee and disappeared. Never heard back. I had to find another company.
