Owner and helper installed pressure reducer. I dinged them slightly because they never said or showed me that they tested to see what the pressure was.

The guys were here on time and were very friendly and professional. They had to go get a few parts and were still able to get all of the work completed in under 3 hours. Once they were finished they went over everything that they had done with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work which of course I was. They also gave me some good advise about other projects that I am considering. I will definitely use JC's Plumbing the next time I have plumbing needs!

He left pile of large rocks and roots in my yard that I had to remove. I feel that he overcharged me for the work performed.

I called at 9 AM and two plumbers from J.C.'s showed up at 10:30 AM. They spent about 2 hours analyzing the problem and changing out the 2 vents. I had the impression the knew what they were doing and was very impressed with the quick response. I had received an estimate of $300 on the phone and the final bill was $340, both seemed a little high but close to other quotes. At least they showed up, which is more than I can say for some other companies I had called.
