Not a good experience. They were working in the neighborhood doing another job for Lee S (1st review), and we scheduled a tree trimming job to do the same day for convenience. They were at my house for about an hour, cut a couple of limbs, then cut a few weed trees down. There were 3 other limbs to cut in the backyard. At the end of the day, Tyler and another man came back to pick up debris and I helped them clean off my driveway. Tyler said that they would come back to finish the job that next week. I went ahead and paid him the full amount owed so he could pay his workers because it was a Saturday. Huge mistake on my part. Never came back, after a month he finally replied that his truck was in the shop and that they would come the following Thursday. Never showed, never called. I repeatedly tried to make contact and said that if he did not want to come back that I would accept a partial refund so I could hire someone else to finish the job. Nothing. Finally called another phone number I found online for Jackson property management. He answered the phone. Asked him what was up. He said that he had sent a registered/certified check in the mail and I should get it this coming week. I would have to sign for it. He then said, and Hold on, I will get you the tracking number. and I said thanks. The phone went dead. I tried calling back. No answer. Left a message to please return my phone call. Nothing again. This started the first week of May 2020 and it is now July 31st, 2020. So it has been almost 3 months. After being lied to repeatedly, if any check were to come in the mail I would be shocked. If it does, I will revise my review. But as far as stealing someones hard earned money, who is in a low income bracket, well, that is not okay. That was my experience, unfortunately.

"I understand that your neighbor? overgrowth is bothering you and you do not like how it looks, but you do not own that property and he is not willing to have them cut down, even if you paid. I did everything you asked and more. You had a massive limb overhanging your dwelling and transportation, it alone was worth the bid of the job (350$). With that being said I then cut down 3 more trees for no additional cost at which point you asked me to cut up the overgrowth. I asked if you owned it you said no but I know the guy. I reached out to him, he is not having it. I apologize for whatever inconvenience I may have caused you but I assure you a big."
