I have used this company for all of the heating and cooling work for a rental property of mine that is hundreds of miles away. They do great work. They are prompt and communicative every time.

He did a great job! He arrived on time, started right to work and after cleaning, he noticed that one unit didn't have power. It seems that the previous company (Guaranteed Services) had cut off the outside breaker and had failed to turn it back on. My upstairs was 84*. Guaranteed told American Home Shield that they couldn't work on the unit because it was dirty even after they had performed service twice in June on the same "dirty" units. They quoted me: $180.00 per unit for cleaning. Steve quoted $99.00. Guaranteed said the high price was because my units were harder to clean than others because you could only take off 2 sides. Wrong! Steve took off all sides and cleaned thoroughly. Steve never complained about all those screws he had to take off and put back on and he never complained about how long it took. He patiently answered the millions of questions I asked and even pulled a bag of hardened concrete out of our crawl space because I told him my husband had a bad back and couldn't bend down to get it out. That was above and beyond the call of duty. He is a nice guy and seems to really enjoy what he does. When I get ready to replace those units, he will be the first and only person I call. Great Job!!
