He was running late from prior job, so he was a bit later than expected - but once he arrived he quickly replaced the valve and adjusted the pressure to the level we requested.  Very pleased with the work and for fitting us in around the holiday's.

We got home from vacation on a Saturday to find the ceiling in our laundry room had wet spots and was leaking. Our water heater is directly above it. One of the connector hoses was leaking water everywhere in the attic. I called several plumbers on Angie's List but Ken Logan was the only one that answered.
He was at our house in less than 30 minutes. Not only did he replace the connector but he returned later to drop off two commercial drying fans (one for the attic and another for the laundry room).
He responded to all texts and phone calls. Was at our house within 30 minutes of initial call (on a Saturday). He has since followed-up about the job. He told us to keep the fans as long as necessary.
If I need ANY plumbing services in the future Ken will be the first and only person I call.

Elite Plumbing does great job. They did fix a broken water line three weeks ago and a week ago they installed a dish washer and a new sink with a garbage disposal. Over the last 7 years he probably did ten different things like installing water heaters. They are very responsive at any time.

He's excellent. He takes his shoes off before he comes in the house, he's meticulous about being clean. If you have an issue his response time is amazing or he will send someone. He's very professional. He is our of Anderson but covers the Greenville area. Anytime we have any issues he takes care of it and he's really amazing. He's very reasonable and charges a normal price even after hours.
