We had a water leak on the side of the water meter and we didn't know about it till we got our bill.  They came out the same day that we found out about it to repair.  It's still holding.  They are prompt in their response usually.  They get back to us pretty quick every time there is a problem.  In my opinion all this work is overpriced but comparative to others they are probably very fair.  They are probably very comparable to any other service in this field but I just feel they are all overpriced in this field.  The quality of work was good.

Our home warranty paid for it as we just bought this house.  I sold my old house and I used them in the old house and I ended up using them in this house too.  I really like them.  We had the furnace put in, in this house and in my other house they had to unclog something.  I would use the again.  I have no control over the cost of the furnace but I feel the price was fair.

They came out right away and fixed both.  They are coming back to put in a mini split in my studio.  We really like their service.

The job went quickly and house was cooled of in a matter of hours.

the cost of the repair would be $2000.00 and since a new unit would cost only $4000.00 I should replace the whole thing. I was told by a Duke Energy employee who had just done an energy evaluation on the house and equipment and I also found from research on the net, that the average life of a heat pump was somewhere between 12 and 16 years and did not feel that I should replace it. So I did not call Easley back for any more work. I was charged for 3 lbs of refrigerant and a service charge at $250.

Technician, Tony, was right on time and kept me informed as to progress of the repair. My experience with Easley Mechanical was good all the way around and I will call them next time this unit needs servicing.

Excellent service the young manthat came was prompt, infomative and helpful.  Waited until the partwas delivered and we now have a cool upstairs.

The first rep came out and assessed what we had and scheduled the work.  The workers arrived on time, efficient, went right to work.  You could tell they worked well together (2 of them) and got the job done.  Would certainly use them again, if needed.

I would definitely call them again. They called when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. Also, the cost was reasonable. They accepted the coupon that I printed out from Angie's List.

They are excellent. When they came out last, they did everything they said they would do. They were timely and did a good job. They got it fixed. The warranty covered most of the expense. They were very efficient. 

He came out pretty quick and took care of the problem.  They are very friendly.  I have never been disappointed with their work.  The work is always done well, they clean up after themselves and they don't track dirt into the house.  I am very pleased.  Their pricing was pretty standard.

We called late the day before, and Easley Mechanical told us they could come out the next day.  They would call before they came.
They kept their promise, and we had a call by 10:00 AM.  He was there in 15 mins.

He diagnosed our situation, fixed the problem, and made some suggestions.

They were very responsive, I made the phone call and they came the next morning and spent 2-3 hours in there.  They had to replace one part.  He cleaned up and left no mess.  I was very satisfied.

Easley Mechanical was excellent, first class! They did an outstanding job and they also installed my Air Conditioner. They are courteous, quick, very professional and cheerful. I have never had any problems with them before. The A/C unit was very reasonably priced and the hot water heater was very inexpensive too; they fixed my electrical box and moved my thermostat as a part of the installation at no additional charge! I wouldn't use anyone else.

This is the first time we have had a problem with our air conditioner but Easley Mechanical Service was quick to get someone out to repair it. The gentleman who came was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made sure we understood what caused the problem and since then it has been working fine. We are pleased with our experience with Easley Mechanical Service.
