Complete Heat and Air

Today was a great day! Complete Heat & Air replaced my whole A/C system. Jason & Michael Merck Idid excellent work. The guys were good people & did great work in a timely matter on a job that was a little more difficult the they expected but they made it look easy & I appreciate their efforts & professionalism & I'm so happy with the outcome. Courtney came out and gave us overall inspection and offered several options she was very professional. Casey Shane and Derek came and did the installation they were exceptional we're willing to work around our in home work responsibilities they were courteous and professional I would recommend them to anyone

I initially made a call to get a quote on replacing my existing heat pump, and was contacted by Courtney, who came and did an extensive review of what I needed. She then submitted a list of options that would take care of my needs, and I chose the option that I felt would work. A few days later, I was contacted to set up a time to do the installation. On the agreed upon date, Chase and another tech came right on time and proceeded to remove the old equipment and install the new Trane system. From start to finish everything was done in a professional and efficient manner, with no surprises and no issues. When Chase finished, everything was clean and the unit functioned perfectly. I would definitely use Complete Heating and Air again.

I can't say enough about these guys. We have a Trane system that is aging. We have used Complete Heat & Air three times in the last year and a half, and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. We had a capacitor (forgive me if that is not the proper spelling) replaced once, a fuse replaced once, and lastly, we had to have refrigerate replaced. We have a leak but chose to replace the refrigerate for the time being since we know our system is getting too old to replace expensive parts. We have dealt with Mike and with Jesse. Both these guys were prompt, professional, and respected our home. They both seem to know their stuff when it comes to hvac. They always check the system out throughly, explain everything as they go and even cover their shoes when coming inside. They are so professional and friendly. I just wish we had this luck with all contractors! They came out on a Saturday for the last repair and we're here within two hours of me calling. With an 85 degree house, that was much appreciated!

If there was a way to give Complete Heat and Air something better than an A+, I'd do it! We built this home 29 years ago, and in November the HVAC finally conked out. Yes, it lasted 29 years! We are not your ordinary consumers, in that we research every purchase thoroughly. So thoroughly that some contractors are annoyed at how much we know about what they do. :)

Not Michael at Complete. He was very gracious in answering our questions about compressors and air handlers, tonnage and those squirrely connections where they check your system each season. He was patient and very thorough in his evaluation of our house's requirements. He spent time discussing the merits of each brand, and offered several quotes, not a one-size-fits-all like some contractors and the box stores. He gave us a super competitive price on the work, too.

We contracted with Michael to install another Trane system, and he and his team were very careful in their access to our home, and cleaned up when they left. Since we conduct our business out of our residence, they arrived when scheduled, and they were as quiet as they could be. We have a new outdoor unit, a new air handler in the attic, and a new thermostat as well. Michael made certain that we had all of the paperwork and information.

I would recommend Complete Heat and Air to anyone who needs service on an existing unit, or who needs a total replacement as we did.

You will not be disappointed!

They came out on a Sunday! Our downstairs heater didn't cycle on and it was 55 degrees downstairs.  We have two units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.  My neighbor recommended Complete Heat & Air so we called them and they came out the next morning, on a Sunday! The gentleman was here over an hour and determined some wires were loose upstairs, plus some connectors needed cleaning so he did everything. The heat came on and it was wonderful!  Not only did they fix it right, they were professional, explained everything, and guaranteed their work for 30 days.  We have their card on our wall and will be calling them for any and all future heating or cooling needs.  They were GREAT!

We actually bought our furnace from them a few years ago and it has been great. I was very pleased with them. They were very good. They were very prompt, punctual and friendly. They came right out and knew what they were doing. They were able to fix the problem in a couple of hours after they got the part. They were very nice on the phone and very accommodating. The price was right in line with other companies. I would call them again if something else were to go wrong. The price could have been a little cheaper for me but I guess you get what you apt for.
