They were quick to respond when we called. Derek came the next day to look at it and give us a very reasonably priced estimate. They returned a few days later to do the work. Derek, Tristan and Maomi (sorry for the potential fowl up of the name) did a wonderful job! It was quick, efficient, and quite entertaining to watch. Their skills were impressive. Next time we need work done, we will use them!

He came out soon after I contacted him. The entire stump and some roots were ground up, and the site was left in great shape.

They even took the time to put up a rope swing. They cleaned up the debris and even blew off the area when they finished. I got estimates from a number of service, they were not the cheapest but we're very reasonable in the rate they charged. Would not hesitate a minute to use them again.

They did an amazing job.  The job was done as promised for the amount quoted.  The crew cleaned up the area and removed all the tree parts.  They were all excellent workers and very nice.  Derek Latham arranged everything and he could not have done a better job.  I was very happy and very, very pleased with the work they did.  I highly recommend this company.

Called on Monday morning, Derrick came out Monday afternoon and gave free estimate to remove a split bradford pear tree along with two large pecan tree limbs. The crew arrived early Tuesday morning. They removed, ground up and hauled away the bradford pear and ground the stump. They removed two damaged limbs on the pecan tree, again removing all debris. The crew worked quickly but carefully as to not damage my plants around the tree. They even moved a swing and some pots to protect them. The yard looked excellent when they left. Nothing remained but a little sawdust. Will definitely use again.

I contacted Busy Beaver Tree Service on a Friday and made an appointment for the following Monday for an estimate. We needed 2 medium size maple trees removed and the area cleaned up. We were not at home when they called to come over. I told them what work we needed, they came over and left an estimate. We accepted the estimate and they said it would be about 2 weeks before they could do the job. That was okay with us as this was a small job and they would need to work us in. They called 2 days later and ask if it was okay to come over and do the work. Fantastic job. They were very careful removing the front tree which was over the driveway and other shrubbery. The workers were very professional and knew what had to be done. The cleanup was great, nothing was left except the chips from the saw. Overall it was a very good price and professionally performed work. Will use them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

Derrick was good at keeping me informed of planned time to do job. We made some changes and he was flexible and worked well with us. Clean up was excellent and did job for price he had quoted. He is bonded and insured and had papers available if we wanted them.

Derrick is an Excellent communicator; very quick to get to work, did everything I asked, even if it was a little out of the job scope.

The work involved a lot of people. It was one expensive tree because it cost, I think, over $1,000. We took a lot of estimates from a lot of people and Busy Beaver Tree Service was right in the middle but they seemed to be the most competent and they had also done some work in our neighborhood. I think that it was for the city when they helped us in clearing a lot of trees in a short amount of time. I actually have got to call them again to get some more estimates on some other trees.

The whole process was very smooth. It was two weeks from the time we received the quote to when the work was performed. Very professional with their work and dealings with the consumer. Very pleased overall.

Busy Beaver is a professional company with great equipment. The job was done quickly and clean up was excellent. Crew was very curteous and cared about my property. This is one of the best hires that I've ever made.

After getting the runaround for about three months from another tree service, I had to find another one, and the job was an immediate need, due to the fact that acorns were already falling, and the main reason for removing the trees was to prevent me from having to clean acorns and leaves up again this year. I'm a single 55 year old woman and the work was painful last year. Also, the trees provided shade for absolutely nothing, and kept the ground from getting sun, which kept grass from growing, which in turn, caused several inches of topsoil to be washed away in the last ten years, and erosion is quite noticeable. The final date I gave the original tree service to have the job done was September 15 and they assured me they would do it. I came home that evening and the work was NOT done. Busy Beaver came out on the 20th and gave me an estimate for the same work at the same price, and even included grinding the tree stumps, which was about $250 extra for the original company I hired. Busy Beaver is also listed with our local BBB, which I had never thought to consult before. Busy Beaver said they would come do the on the 23rd, which was a Friday. When I got home that day, the work had not been done, so I called them. It had rained heavily that morning, which prevented them from doing the job, plus his bucket truck broke down and was in the shop. He "promised" to have the job done on Monday. I received a call around lunchtime on Monday while at work. They were at my house doing the job. He cleaned up everything except the mulch created by the stump grinding, which he had explained up front (they do not remove mulch), and it looked like he cleaned up even acorns that had already fallen!!!! I have always worried that someone would slip on the round acorns and get seriously hurt, which I could be sued for. I now have no limbs growing over my house, which had ruined my fascia board in years past from clogging my gutters and causing them to overflow, rotting the boards and getting water in my attic. That tree belonged to my neighbor, who gave me permission to trim just those limbs. My yard is now much more open, and I can have my roof cleaned or re-done with no fear of tree damage, not only from the limbs, but from ice storms which could break the limbs off and damage my roof. I recommend Busy Beaver Tree Service highly. They have their own bucket truck, chipper and stump grinder, so they do it all at once and clean it up (except for the mulch). He did what he said when he said he would. Tree work is expensive, so you want to get it done quickly and correctly, and they did. Good job, Busy Beaver!!!!
