BRUIN TILE INC

A rep. from Bruin Tile gave an estimate for the work to be performed. We agreed the estimate was fair & hired Bruin Tile to install tile and marble in all bathrooms. We had drawings & specific instructions on the design for our bathrooms. We talked to the installers & gave them directions. When we came to check on the project the tile in the hall bathroom was installed incorrectly. The shower tile was already installed without a pan. The owner said that a pan was not needed. The tile was torn out in the hall bathroom and was to be laid correctly. However, it was not corrected. The marble in our master bathroom has jagged edges. We have had another tile company come & repair the angle on two of our shower installs. Water now leaks on an exterior wall of our house where the shower is located due to a pan not installed. After the work was done, we paid the invoice. Eight months after the job Bruin Tile billed us for their workers tearing out the incorrect tile & put a lien on our house.

I can really tell they took their time and got our floors perfect for me. All the grout lines are even and straight which shows how good of attention they paid. I was very impressed and think I definitely got the best job for my money.
