ANCHOR POOLS INC

We were told our pool would be done in 6-8 weeks-we are now going on week 9 and it still is not finished. There was very little, if any supervision of the people subcontracted. Our shallow end is almost one foot deeper than contracted. The "retaining" wall is so close to the pool that a professional grader says we are going to need an additional one. There is a deep drop off from our tanning ledge which they "jokingly" told us could be our grandkids private diving area (unprofessional). There was very little communication/explanation of the steps being taken to construct the pool. The outside edges of the concrete are wavy. There is a steep embankment off the side and rear of the pool which will require additional grading and an unanticipated expense. The pool was built to what they wanted and not what we wanted. We realized we were going to have to do some landscaping but now it' showing to be twice as much to attempt to cover up the mess this company left behind. We are extremely displeased and would never recommend this company if you're looking for your "dream pool"

Would not use this company again for pool inspection. Used them when buying my house and owner fixed what they said was wrong. Come to find out after I bought the house pool had over 10k in repairs that needed to be done that they didn't catch. Guy never even checked inside the pool

What a great company.  Our pool pump was killed during a recent storm.  I gave them and some others (foolishly) a call to see who could do what.  Again, Anchor Pools did not disappoint.  From the initial call to Jeri Lynn on a Saturday afternoon to the install by Jay on Monday 9am, everyone involved gave the absolute best customer service.  Other companies wouldn't even get a chance to look at it for 4-5 business days.  If you exclude Sunday, the turnaround from first call to install was about 18hrs.  That's amazing!  They explained everything that they were doing and, more importantly to me, why they were doing it.  Jay was even kind enough to answer a ton of other questions concerning our pool (we had just purchased the house this spring) and gave some great advice on what to do with other issues that we were having.  We have used them for some other issues that we have come across this season and have always come away amazed with their customer service.  Sometimes their price is more than others, sometimes it's less.  Regardless, the pride that they take in their work and customer service that they provide is second to none.

Jane Merrit is wonderful and that's who I deal with at the company, she knows pools inside and out. She always keeps costs in mind and won't overcharge me. She'll always recommend the best and cheapest products, in addition she will offer up suggestions for better pool maintenance. She is punctual and very accessible, she will usually come and perform her job the same day. The prices are very reasonable, as a matter of fact, when we had the liner damage from the storm, the insurance company requested we get three bids on job and this company was the lowest.

I was actually in the pool business for nearly 20 years so I knew the difference between good and just average. This company took the time to make the little details as important as the big. Our pool was flawless and I could rest assure we wouldn't run into any major problems due to their work. It looked great and they did a very solid build of it.
