ACTION FLOORING CONTRACTORS

It was horrible. We had to hire a next company to come in and correct the mistakes. It turned out he had sent his son out here to do the work and his son did not know what he was doing and the owner he was just oh they came back out to check it, they just shake their heads and said were not gonna do this and just walked out.

Overall experience was very positive. We screened 9 providers and choose Action because we felt they offered the best mix of capabilities, price (weren't the cheapest), and flexibility to work with. I would say they could improve a little in some of the extras like job-site etiquette, taping off of other systems, and fume mitigation but as far as the actual flooring goes they did an AMAZING job. Very skillfully patched about 200ft2 with reclaimed wood, worked with us to test floor colors, and handled modifications to the scope very professionally.
I will use them as soon as I'm ready to re-finish floors in my home.

This company charged a bit more than most of the others that I called. But, they worked me into their schedule and came out the same day to perform the work. Another company quoted $350 for the same job, but kept putting us off and not showing up when they were supposed to. So, I was happy to pay Action Flooring $500 and have the work performed right away. The floors came out great. I would hire this company again and recommend them to others.
