This person was Richard Cobb @ 843-780-0822. I never got the name of his company. He was the first to respond to my Angie List inquiry. He was very unprofessional. He never gave me a bill, a written estimate, or a receipt for my payment. He didn't have the equipment he needed to complete the job. He didn't wear a mask or shoe covers. I would never recommend or hire him again.
