Great guy knew his stuff and even showed up and worked in the rain after 7 in the evening. If need your heating or air worked on this is the guy to call, I know if I need anymore work he is who I will call

Technicians showed up promptly and gave the options of either repairing or replacing the water heater. I opted to replace it, and they drained and removed the old unit, and installed the new one. Total time was less than two hours.

In a time where no one calls you back and everyone is late, A1 Tec called me back in minutes and were right on time—all on a weekend (same day service). They identified the problem. Showed me what was wrong. And fixed it—all for a fair price. I will ONLY call A1 Tec next time!

Work was performed quickly and the units are working well. The issue is failure to provide the 10 year labor warrantee as required by the contract.  Repeated attempts to contact Mr. Cobb have failed. I have left voice mail and messaged him without any response.

He did a really good job. So, I would recommend people using him. They were prompt. They did the work for the price quoted. The work was performed well. They seemed very knowledgeable, and it was pretty cost-effective too. I like the price. It was competitive.
