He did an excellent job on the gutters. For that I would give him a 5 star. The fence posts needed additional cement or a tube with brace support until the concrete would dry. So basically, the posts holes weren't dug wide enough for the concrete to make a difference in the wet soil Some of the posts that were replaced still have some movement. I would give him a 1 star for that, so the average is a 3 star review.
