Great! Kim was the technician who responded and I was very pleased with her work and would definitely hire again as well as refer to a friend. Prompt call back, quick response, very courteous, and upfront and reasonable pricing.

I called Automated Door Products late in the afternoon of 8/3/15 and was told that a technician would call me in the morning. Kim responded this morning, told me her location and said she was leaving for my house at that time. She was here promptly and provided excellent service in replacing the logic board in my unit. She then reprogrammed my remotes. The cost was reasonable for the service and parts provided. Kim was friendly and performed the job quickly and thoroughly. She also lubricated the springs on my garage door and offered tips for lubricating the door on my own. It was a very pleasant experience.

They are good. I used their services in the last year. I call them out and they do what they were supposed to do. They were good guys. They cleaned up after themselves.
