Closets By Design - Spartanburg

Sherri Allison, Designer for Closets by Design in Spartanburg is awesome! She is professional, helpful, easy to get along with. Her suggestions are phenomenal. Her ideas have helped us maximize space in our home therefore adding value. We highly recommend Sherri and Closets by Design.

It was closests for the pantry. They are good quality. They are a good product. A little pricey. They are well made. They came through the mail. We would use them if we found a use for them.

The evaluation was thorough, but when the technician came to do the job, the wrong information was given to him. We sorted it out, and he was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. We're happy with the outcome.

The designer, Gigi, did a superb job laying out the closet. She was nice to work with and offered suggestions that made sense. The installer, Danny, arrived early and finished early. The installation was skillfully executed. He cleaned up well. We are enjoying the closet.

The installation was seamless. The installers were professional, on time, and courteous.

First of all, Sherri Allison ( the designer) is wonderful to speak with, she was very detailed in asking us what our needs and wants were and what our budget was. She is very talented and professional. Designed everything we wanted in the spaces questioned, on paper so that we knew what the final product would look like. She was very prompt for our in-home appointment and attentive to our needs, she was a pleasure to deal with. Followed up with us when she had more questions. She is very thorough and wants to make sure the end result is what we wanted.
The installers came on the date arranged and did all the work as specified in about one and one-half days. They were very prompt and professional.
We are very happy with the end results and thought it was well worth the price. We will be doing future projects and will call Sherri again.

From the time Sherri Allis on visited and we decided what I wanted to the end of the install, everything was professional. Sherri is so sweet to talk with and not pushy nor did she try and talk me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. She drove an hour and a half for the free estimate and the installer did the same for the install. Nothing but friendliness and professionalism. When I am ready for remaining closets I will call Sherri.

I could not be more pleased with the attention to detail that our consultant, Sherri Allyson, from Closets By Design (Spartanburg, SC), provided us.  We initially did not have a pantry for our kitchen area and we created a space (after construction) under the staircase and she worked with what we had to offer.  Initially, I had created my own vision as to what I wanted in this area, but when her plan revealed a great deal of additional storage would be allocated by going her route, it just made so much sense.  I trusted her professionalism, her instincts, and it truly turned out beautifully.  Now that the job has been completed, I could not be more grateful for her vision.  We have more work to initiate in the near future and I will not hesitate to call on Sherri once again.  
In addition to all of this, the installer that came out that day was exceptional as well.  He delivered on time, and cleaned up after the process of the entire installation and when the entire job was complete, I was absolutely pleased with everything Closets By Design provided me.

From the moment we met the Designer, Sherri Allison, we were impressed with her genuine friendliness and professionalism.   It was amazing how much she immediately understood just what we wanted and how she was so knowledgeable and efficient in drawing up the plans.    Danny, the installer, arrived right on time, and didn't dawdle in performing the work involved.   It was evident he knew his job well.   We are very pleased with the quality of the shelving and closet design.   The office personnel are professional and friendly.   We have conversed with Lynn in the office who displayed a genuine desire to answer all our questions, and she promptly returned our calls.  

We highly recommend this company and personnel involved.  

They did a very nice job and I was very pleased with their work. They were very good about the designs, they gave us some very good ideas and they were good about being on time and they cleaned up well after themselves.

I have had Sherry at Closets by Design to design closet systems for several of my inside closets along with cabinets for my garage. She listened to what I needed and offered suggestions to maximize my space. I could not be happier. Great product. Installation was organized without any problems.

We called and got an appointment to meet the designer, Sherri Allison. Sherri came to our home and had wonderful design ideas for both the closets plus she had creative ideas for the pantry. We were delighted with her plans and set a date for installation. Installation day came and the installer was wonderful! He spent all day installing custom cabinets and had to come back the next day to do the pantry and laundry room. The workmanship is gorgeous and we are delighted with the closets and cabinets! We will be definitely be having them do more work for us!

The scheduler was very nice and accomodating. The consultant was nice and prompt. The installer was professional and courteous. The only downside to the experience was the high pressure sales tactic. I was told that I had 24 hours to decide if I wanted the service or the price would and quot;most definitely increaseand quot;. I was told they do different and quot;dealsand quot; for different days. Luckily I had priced/viewed some other companies and liked Closets by Designs the best, despite a higher price (very small!). I informed the consultant that I wanted to talk it over with my husband when he got home, as we make decisions together, and I felt as though she didn't appreciate that and wanted a decision at that time. They must understand that people don't respond to high pressure well and perhaps should extend their and quot;dealsand quot; for a few days. Other than that, we are satified with the work. They forgot to supply the installer with some crown moulding during the install but they were accomodating while scheduling him to come back out to finish the moulding. I would recommend them to a friend but would forewarn them about the decision timeline they want.

Excellent!  The service was prompt, professional and clean.  I am very pleased with the results.
