Their service is terrible. When the equipment has problems, they are awful about taking care of it. All of the products are under warranty, yet you have to take the equipment to a different service location, and they will always charge you for the service. I can't say much about the quality of the product, but it is clear the service is terrible, and we have given them more than one try.
