He never finished the windows in the spring house(see photos). There is a leak around the chimney as he did not put any flashing or any other type of seal around the chimney(see photos). My ceiling is starting to come down and is stained where water is coming in from around the chimney. My home is full of the smell of mold. I had the roof replaced to remedy the mold and the poor work has allowed the mold smell to return. I won't even allow my family to stay there. He gave me his word that he would be there last Friday to fix the chimney the two windows in the spring house and I waited all day calling him multiple times and I had State Farm call him as well. He didn't even have enough respect to return a phone call.
Description of Work: Hired him to replace two small windows and install new tin roofing on my mountain home.
