Sims did a great job!? The floors look great!? Sims showed up on time as schedule and was ready to work.? He did the carpet removal and install of the new laminate in one day.? The staining of the stair treads took two days because of drying time.? Mr. Sims communicated well the timeline and what to expect each day from him.? I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Sims Hardwood installed new floors in several rooms of my previous house.  They did an excellent job!  Lots of attention to detail in the job.  Always there when they said they would be, and very conscientious about the service they provided.  Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or refinish floors.  I also have them scheduled to do more work for me in the next few weeks.  Very happy with the work Sims Hardwood provided for me in my home! 

Rob, was a wonder person to have in my home, he became a friend really quickly. He and his crew did a fantastic job, and they were, honest, fair, and very professional.  He was always available to me by phone, or to come by my house, if I had a question.  He quoted me a price, and there were no hidden expenses.

Sims picked up material from Florence Carpet and Tile, prepared and installed vinyl same day.  They retuned the following day to install shoe molding.  Received picture and text once job was complete.

The service went quicker than expected, finishing the work a day earlier than planned. I was kept updated and shown progress throughout the process. The floors are beautiful now. The mess left from the sanding was far less than I expected.

Outstanding.  Rob's crew was great.  They accidentally cut wires for my alarm system (no fault of their own as they were installed in a unique place) and immediately had an alarm system contractor on site to fix the damage at no cost.  Attention to detail was great.  Price was not cheap but we got what we paid for!

Rob and his team have proven, yet again, that you can revive an old home!  Rob and his team put in new floors for us in a previous home about 12 years ago and we knew when we bought this old house that we would use him, when the time was right, to refinish our floors. Recently we gutted our kitchen and removed an original chimney that was in the kitchen, we were hoping to replace the flooring since there was 3 layers of linoleum, but what was discovered were the original floors, and they were in great condition!  The only problem, that we saw, was the area that needed to be patched was where the chimney was located and an area where an old pantry was in the middle of the room.  Rob didn't hesitate, he saw an opportunity to revive our floors and in the process incorporate some history.  Recently, in our downtown are, there has been some major renovations and restoration. During the downtown revitalization some flooring was removed from a historic building, Rob was able to obtain some of that flooring.  His team used the reclaimed wood and patched our floors and honestly the match is so close you would never notice!  I feel a sense of pride when I look at the floors now knowing that there is not only history original to this house but some from the local community.  Our floors are beautiful!  Thank you to Rob and his team for promising his best and delivering.

Rob Sims and his crew came in and installed 1200 sq ft of engineered hardwood, we had a spot of sub floor that was rotten and he told me he would repair it, his crew worked so h****** the floors we were able to movie our furniture back in the next day!! His cost is very affordable I had 4 people come in and quote me and his price beat everyone not by a few hundred dollars but by a few thousand!! They took the carpet up in some areas I wasn't able to get to in time and installed the floors and quarter round around the entire house, his crew took it upon theirselves to restain the quarter round because the color didn't match or blend in with our floors. If I had to rate Sims Flooring on a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate them at a 10 without a doubt!!! He is true to his quotes as well he quoted me a price and stuck to that price no additional fees or nothing added at the end!!
