Mark Wenninger

Mark did an excellent job, paying attention to even the smallest detail. He is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He cleared hundreds of trees and shrubs off our property, and hauled away huge amounts of wood and debris. He skillfully handled troublesome neighbors who did not want the lot cleared. Our lot never looked better and we are 150% satisfied. We will use him again whenever we have the need for cleaning up a property. Highly recommend!! Mark is also honest and fair with his pricing—he stuck with his original estimate even though the job took him longer than expected. You can’t go wrong with this guy.

Mark arrived on time and ready to listen to what we needed done. After I had pointed out the things I needed help with, he took a minute to list the things back to me to make sure we were set and got right to work. He was fast and effective. All debris was cleared and placed on the curb. The trees look great, and after removing two woody shrubs out of the front yard (his idea), suddenly the front porch is visible! He also took the time to nip a couple of dead limbs we hadn't seen from the ground. All this was done for a very fair price. This is my second time hiring Mark, and he's provided great work for a fair price both time. I would highly recommend giving him a call.

Was on time, and with the assistance of only one other worker, performed all work himself. In the future, will hire again when we need more landscaping done.

Mark did a wonderful job of removing a dead tree and trimming another. He was prompt, and reasonable and knew what to do efficiently with excellent clean-up. His cost was much less than other tree services found on AL. I highly recommend his work.

A++++ Mark did an excellent job removing many tree branches away from my house. He is very knowledgeable about trees and trimmed them in a healthful way. He did an excellent job cleaning up, and cleaned off the debris that fell on my roof and driveway as well.

Great work! Very knowledgeable about landscaping and making sure that the yard looks good. He took out a large tree from from front yard and smaller trees in the back yard. Cut large limbs going over fence or pushing on fence. Trimmed limbs away from house and fence line.

I had a very hard time finding anybody who wanted to do this job. many did not return phone calls or show up for appointments. Mark was extremely prompt in returning my calls and punctual for the appointments. he and his crew did an excellent job. they did not just cut off the dead fronds they shaped the trees as well. the bushes were taken out flush to the ground and everything was cleaned up nicely. They were very respectful of the landscaping making sure not to disrupt it.

A+, Excellent. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. He was very careful with the roof tiles and took time to clean up the debris from the roof.

I called Mr Wenninger on a Monday morning, asking if he could remove poison ivy from my crepe myrtle trees. He said it would be no problem and that he would be there the next morning by 9am. The next morning Mr Wenninger arrived by 9am and examined the infested poison ivy. He quoted me a price that was more than fair. I agreed on the price and he began removing the poison ivy immediately. Now my yard is free of poison ivy. Thanks, Mark Wenninger. I will definitely contact Mr Wenninger again for any future landscaping needs.

We hired Mark to clean gutters at our home based on the great rating he has received in the past. He was punctual and did a great job. We then hired him to clean and spruce up our 3/4 acre lot. The grounds have never looked better. Job Well Done!

very good.... all debis was moved to the front curb and stacked neatly, yard cleaned up. He was very professional and I felt very honest. He was concerned about the trees and how they looked and offered tips on making the yard look better.

Mark responded to my call within a very reasonable amount of time. We discussed what needed to be done, and we set a date to meet. The job took two days, and he arrived promptly when he said he would on the days he said he would. He made suggestions, and I made suggestions, and we agreed on a plan. I was very pleased with his work, his professionalism, and his work ethic. The yard was in dire need of attention and now looks like a real yard instead of a jungle of untamed trees, bushes, and lawn.

We purchased our home shortly before Hurricane Irma became a threat to the United States. I called Mark the week after. We were concerned about the many branches of the live oak tree that were too close to the house along with branches from other trees and palms around the house and garage. We never expected to find someone able to come before the hurricane might hit Charleston. Mark called me back shortly after I called and had me send him photos of the the trees we were concerned about. We were so surprised and pleased when he called back with a quote and said he could come and do the work that Friday or Saturday before the storm. He called Friday and said he could come early Saturday morning. Mark arrived a few minutes early. He did an amazing job of trimming the live oak branches away from the house, along with several other trees, He and his assistant cut up all the limbs into small pieces and put them all in from of the house for the city of Charleston to pick up. They put the largest limbs on the tops of the piles to keep the everything from blowing. While he was trimming the trees he discussed his vision for our yard. Without Mark's vision, we would not have the absolute eye-catching, stunning yard we do now! He worked very quickly and efficiently with such little notice to protect our new home before the storm. Words cannot adequately describe how much better our yard looks after Mark completed the work. We are thrilled and so pleased that Mark guided us in this project Our yard looks 1000 % better than when we purchased the house. We also discussed removing 3 additional large trees from the back yard close to the garage. Mark cut down these trees too, Again Mark did an amazing job of cutting down the trees, cutting the stumps to the ground, and cutting up the trees into small pieces and stacking them in front of the house. We felt Mark's quotes were extremely reasonable and could not be more pleased with everything that Mark did at our house. We very highly recommend Mark for any landscaping needs!!

Very well! He was polite and professional On the telephone. He was on time gave a quote for the entire job and promised he would work until it was finished. He was on time and did a great job! I will call him in the future, for sure!

Mark was excellent for a number of reasons: 1. He was flexible. I needed someone who could work after normal business hours or on a Saturday. Most other workers I called weren't willing to do this, but Mark graciously came out on a Saturday. 2. He was responsive and timely. He called back right away and came just a few days after I called and asked him to come that Saturday. I didn't have to wait for months as I had with another tree trimmer. 3. He was punctual. He even arrived half an hour early. How many service providers do that these days? I'm always waiting for hours and hours for someone to show up. 4. His prices were incredibly reasonable and inexpensive, especially when compared with other tree trimmers. The price he quoted over the phone was exactly what he charged after looking at the trees. 5. He does great work. The trees and bushes looked great afterwards. He even trimmed more than asked and agreed to do a few extra projects once there (cleaning gutters, hauling away debris). He cleaned up all the limbs and left them in an orderly pile for trash collection. 6. He's just a super nice guy--polite, friendly, easy to talk with . . . In sum, he's really easy to work with. Yes, absolutely hire him. Mark was great!

Mark came the next day as I called late in the evening. He was very insightful of what I needed to take care of and ensuring that I didn't kill my trees as well as provided information of possible "trouble" areas. His price was very reasonable and I would definitely higher him again/recommend his services.

I have hired Mark several times. This time, as usual, he arrived promptly and immediately set to work. He did his usual excellent work trimming four trees and several bushes, as well as cleaning up a bunch of dead fronds. The place now looks GREAT! Mark is fast, and cleans up thoroughly after he finishes. I will be hiring him again in the future!

This is the second time Mark has helped us with storm damage. This time he arrived early and, after a quick conversation with me about my concerns, immediately set to work. He did an excellent job trimming 2 trees and cleaning up a 3rd to keep it from dropping small, broken limbs on my car. Mark is responsive, easy to schedule with and cleans up thoroughly and neatly after he finishes. I also really appreciate that he will give me a "heads up" on any other issues he sees in our yard without any pressure to do the work immediately.
