Vargo Construction

He works by himself, I was pleased, he does it in stages, as I can afford, he said what I wanted done, it would probably be 3-4 months, as he is really busy, and I was okay with that.  He came and gave me a price.  We saw some undisclosed damage and agreed on a price.  He works by himself and sometimes his son helps him.  He did 2 different jobs.  His name is Steve Vargo.  He does construction, roofing, remodeling, but, he does not paint.  I had different issues and he gave me quotes for 2 different jobs.  We found undisclosed damage, the original price was to be $1000, and it ended up being $1150.  He installed a ridge vent, brought a black one, as he assumed that was what I wanted, and I wanted a green one, so he had to order it.  He is a family man, loves his wife and kids, he's involved in church, is grounded, and works well.  He came back on March the 4th, gave me a quote on the other side of the house based upon what he saw on the front side, it was $280, and he did it in one day.  I'm not in a hurry as most people are.  I felt the price was fair, he always returned the call, and got back to me as soon as he could.  He showed up at 10 am and worked non-stop.  I give him high ratings and will continue to use him in the future.
