I recently went through purchase of an existing home in Enoree South Carolina.  The home inspection indicated some repairs were needed for the closing.  Mr Moyer was recommended by my real estate agent.  His estimate was reasonable and he agreed to the work and arrived and completed the work under budget.  He completed the work in two days.  Mr Moyer purchased the supplies that I requested and installed them to my specifications.
