I noticed?what I believed to be mold in my house and asked for AIT to come and evaluate.? Mr. Rick came out, and sure enough it was mold.? He took the time to explain to me what having mold in my house meant and the potential dangers of leaving it there to grow and spread.? He also explained to me the process of removing and preventing future mold.? We agreed to the work and within a few days he brought a small crew in and completed the work in a very professional, timely manner.? Working with Rick and Mimmie was a very smooth and easy process.? I will definitely be using them again!

One of the most professional organizations I have worked with in my15+ years of facility maintenance. AIT's technicians are trained, knowledgeable, timely and professional. We have a long term Air Quality Inspection Program that started in 2014. AIT technicians inspect all of our buildings twice a year. I get monthly reports on their activity and immediate reports when they find an area that needs attention. When the technicians are on-site they brief me on their daily activity and what they are seeing/finding in our buildings. They are responsive to our needs at all times and will come to our site within 24 hours when called. They are customer oriented and will always provide ways to minimize the impact to their customers when any type of remediation is required. All the areas that AIT has treated have never had issues again.

We have used the services of AIT for several years. They are always professional, quick to respond and do great work. We have facilities that require the service to be performed in the evenings and/or weekends and they are always willing to accommodate. Being located in a humid area, the additional inspections and treatment has really helped to maintain our buildings and equipment.
