very professional easy to talk to was very quick we chose not to go with this contractor because they did not do itemized list for pricing but when asked where they get there supplies and then compared to details of what the job consisted of the price was over double what the material cost estimated would be and was just out of what we planned on for this job

Nothing was started or a call back to let us know. When we called them back no answer after being ensured the job would be done!

They promised to come look at the house. Came took estimates and said they would be back but never showed. After calling back numerous times they ensured the job would be done! Tenants informed us they were asking at initial estimate, if there would be a problem being paid where we are not local. They assured the contractor they would be paid and that we were honest and trustworthy. Still no call back after giving us a time they would be there to start and an estimated time of job completed. Very unprofessional, very disappointed over all because they could have just said they were not interested!

First of all this lady was out of town so it is my job to make sure my company will get paid for the job. Secondly, we called a lot to the phone number that was given and we received no response. We where very interested in doing the job just needed the go-ahead to start. She was unable to give this to our company. There was no problem contacting us initially and none of the other numbers have changed. Messages where left on voicemail. Thanks

I spent about $75. It was fine and I'd say he was a little bit too high. He told me the rail would be like $10 and after he got through doing it he went up to $55. He was in the neighbor hood.

OLD SCHOOL HONEST. Their word is their guarantee - they take a lot of pride in this and provide excellent customer service. If any circumstance arises that would prevent them from arriving at the promised time they will call you and arrange for a new schedule time. They do excellent work and check with you about what they plan to do so that you will be satisfied. PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK - I would use them again any time and would strongly recommend them to anyone else. Excellent cleanup after job completion.

Repaired 10X20 porch as follows: - Replaced 4 support posts. - Replaced all handrails/railing. - Replaced all steprails and steps. Replaced/installed new garage door (3' door).

The name of this company was Top Notch Fencing. They are also known as Well Done Trim Construction. That business is registered in SC. The job went very well. Both Cliff & his father John were very professional in their installation. It was very clear to me they knew what they were doing. They did exactly what we asked and were very patient in us as we cope on the final design. This is a very good team of workers. I would not hesitate to call Top Notch Fencing or Well Done Trim in the future for any type of carpentry. Their price was also competitive to other quotes I reviewed. Not over priced.

John does excellent work. The entire experience from initial consultation to install was exceptional. John has many years experience installing trim and the quality of his work shows. John only installs trim he does not chalk or paint. Since I enjoy doing this it was quite acceptable to me and I knew this when I hired him.

Installed crown moulding throughout house, chair rails and custom moulding boxes in dining room.
