Star Services saved me money by applying the service call charge to the total bill unlike other companies! I love it when people help you figure out a way to save you money! They replaced what needed to be replaced without excessive add ons. Very happy with this service and would definitely call them again!!

The technician arrived with a cell phone in hand. Observed the make, model, serial number of our Samsung washer, and looked it up online. He diagnosed the problem to be, recall related. Gave us the Samsung contact information, and the recall number, and told us Samsung would take care of the problem. He never put a wrench or screwdriver to the machine. Gave us his business card, and charged us $68 before walking out the door. We followed the guidance of the technician and contacted Samsung. We gave them the make model and serial number, only to learn no such recall existed for that machine. The business card of Star Services went in the trash.

The service technician responded quickly, and was efficient. Once an ordered part was received, they contacted me to set up a convenient installation time and date. My only issue was attempting to make contact with them during normal work hours. The voice response was to contact them during normal work hours which it was.

It was the day before Thanksgiving and I didnâ t expect anyone to respond to my call but Stephan from Star Services called back because he had just finished a job in the area. He came to my house, was very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. It only took him a few minutes to fix it. I would definitely use â Star Servicesâ again!
