Landscaping
When Tom was here he was going in all directions as to asking what we wanted, etc. He mentioned that his fee was $800 but did not make it clear that the fee was not dependent on weather we hired Marion Taylor's company to do the work or not. We were flabbergasted when he demanded $800 when he showed us his plan. I assumed the $800 would be part of the proposal we would get from Marion Taylor. That is how the other landscaper I was getting a bid from operates. I never signed anything saying I would pay this $800 but now I am out that much money. Needless to say I am going with the other company because I do not like the way Marion Taylor and Tom Hood do business. Also Marion Taylor still has not returned my calls and has not given me a proposal.
