I've never called Jay that he hasn't returned my call ; even on holidays and after hours and has always had my AC up and running in no time. He's very honest and prices very fair. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. He could have sold me a new unit several times but stated I didn't need one. You don't find this kind of honesty anymore or work ethics.If you are interested in excellent work, fair pricing and punctuality this is the company you should use.
