Just received a follow up call from the owner Rick Vines about my Google review. Wow, I've been cussed and yelled at before but not like that. Told me I was a piece is s$&t and to move back up north. I wish I had recorded the call it was bad. Rick you should be ashamed of yourself. We won't discuss the horrible wotkmans

"It is unfortunate Mr. [Member Name Removed] feels the way he does regarding our company. We have made every attempt to satisfy him as a customer. For clarity sake the photos left in this review display work during a repair and not a finished project. Within our project file we have several finished photos of the work performed at Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s property, displaying the level of workmanship we provided. Vines takes extreme pride in the workmanship of our trade and other customer reviews can support those efforts on our behalf. Regarding the phone conversation with Rick, there was no profanity used in that conversation by Rick, our calls are recorded for these purposes. We stand by our work and our word to Mr. [Member Name Removed] and would still like to remedy any issues he has with our company. He has signed a Certificate of Satisfaction stating the work was completed and to his satisfaction, but again we are always eager to please our customers and to offer the best service possible."

The service was excellent and prompt. They sent over Dave, who was absolutely awesome! He didn't have to rip open my wall from the outside, which saved a considerable amount of money. I highly recommend this company.

Not cheap, but they show up, which is more than one can say for about 90% of the service industry in the Myrtle Beach area. Friendly service, work was guaranteed.

Tech came out on a Friday evening (of course) and removed the leaking expansion tank on my hot water heater. I would have liked to have it replaced but he didn't have the part and couldn't get one until the following Monday. He assured me I didn't really need one and it would pose no danger to just remove it. We also discussed replacing my aging water heater.

We recently had Dave as a technician who came out to solve our water crisis. My wife and I cannot say enough good about him and his professionalism while dealing with us. He came out on 3 separate occasions while diagnosing our problem, fixing our problem and then finishing the job. He was not only educational throughout the process but a pleasure to have in our home. What we both liked the best was the fact that he would not accept payment until he came back with the remaining access panel for the last small hole in the wall, stating that he didn't want to take our money until the job was completely finished, even though he fixed our water that day. Granted this is something you should typically expect, seeing and hearing that kind of service often gets overlooked. We would recommend Dave and Vine's Plumbing to anyone in the area. Thanks again!

Most of the details are listed in the What Did Provider do section. Although they us their stable of sub contractors, in all they were in charge of organizing all my possessions, cataloging all my damaged items, clearing out my house completely and putting everything into storage, pulling up my previous wood floor and laying the entire replacement hardwood floor, painting my entire house, replacing my bathroom vanities, replacing my lighting fixtures, completely updating my master shower/bath into an unbelievable party shower, replaced all my doors including my front door, replacing all my bathroom floors tile, replaced all the carpet on my stairs and my upstairs bonus room, and replaced all my kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We are about 60% done and so far everything looks amazing. They have been there for me since day one and I can't wait to see what the home looks like once they are finished in the next few weeks.
