+ -1 moreUnless your desperate or loaded with money, don't use this company. Apparently they didn't need my business, so unless you are willing to pay a $45.00 fee for someone to look at your window, I'm sure you don't need them either. Estimates are or should be free. I personally feel if someone is coming to your home to look at a job, the estimate should be free. Everyone else that I have done business with has given an estimate.
Description of Work: I called the above company to have someone come out to give me a estimate on replacing a broken window. I live in Conway and the above company had said they would come out to look at my broken transom window. They called me back and asked me if I had someone to measure the window and as I am a lady that has no one to do that, I said no, to which their reply to that was, "there will be a $45.00 charge to come out there."
