Took one year to complete, failed numerous code inspections(improper anchor bolts, no ceiling vent, needed collar tires on rafters, fir rafters need to be built up for R30 insulation, needed air barriers, numerous times failed to get manufactures letter on widow installation after flanges were removed, failed to shim & screw to specs) These people always have an excuse why workers don't show up. Each time a violation was found they took their time to correct them.

Construction never began. Because this company has threatened me with legal action unless I review/update my posting about Trademark Home Exteriors, {" It has been brought to our attention that a post on Angie s List was posted by you February 5th 2016. This information that you have posted is false and we will give you until the end of today to take it down or our next step is that you will be contacted by our attorney and we will be suing you for slander and defamation of character. and any compensation of jobs that were lost due to your post. And I can tell you that there is one pending and we will take immediate action. Please respond immediately, Marnie Leonard Trademark Home Exteriors, LLC. Billing Dept. Mgr. 843-488-2367"} I will correct the posting to state, Trademark Home Exteriors, as of December 9, 2016, no longer owes $80,000 to numerous plaintiffs. I am not aware of what the company currently owes the complaintants. Trademark offered me a settlement, which I accepted on June 23, 2016. Therefore the totals owed have been reduced. After visiting the Horry County (SC) Judicial Record, it appears Trademark has made restitution to several other plainiffs as well. The company has hired a very competent and asstitute accountant who appears to be attempting to resolve numerous financial, court ordered judgments. As Miss Leonard stated in her email to me, there is at least one other case pending. The county's Judicial Record is public information and may be accessed by anyone looking to acquire information about Trademark Home Exteriors. Please note: My original posting stands corrected.
