RE/MAX PROPERTIES

From start to finish completely unprofessional. Went there looking for rental property, handed keys and, sent off on our own, not escorted by agent. Property was filthy, broken down, carpets stained beyond stained, water leaks in ceiling especially in closets, ceiling fan in kitchen falling off ceiling, kutchen was a filthy disgusting disgrace although we were informed that a cleaning crew had just left. By most opinions this home was uninhabitable. I took pictures and still have them. Upon reporting this to the agent and even showing her the pictures her response was that of as though we were too picky. We were also informed that in her words, "paint is not a requirement". Well, either was my check! She then informed us that tjis was a previous client so she automatically listed the rental and had not herself seen the property. ....bad business I say abd to treat us as though we were being ridiculous and when we provided the proof with pictures. Not only was it not ready to be rented, in my opinion it needed to be gutted.
