Progressive Steamer

I had a sick cat and had to have the carpet cleaned in our spare room for company coming in 2/8/13 this was on 2/7/13 after making one phone call and being told "our truck has already been out that way and would not be that way again today"..I said that's it and I signed up for Angie's List so I could find a reliable Carpet Cleaning Business close to Aynor as well as someone with good reviews..I found Progressive Steamer only a few miles from my home...OMG Rachel and her mother were just fantastic..I called her that morning and they were here later that afternoon (stuck in traffic but she called to let me know) to clean the carpet, she had no hidden fees it was the price she quoted me over the phone, they were very professional and did an excellent job, the carpet was dry in a few hours A++++ for her and her mother! I will highly recommend her and will call her again..Great Job!!

It was a great service; they were very good and very reasonable.

They are a family-run company, and I liked them. They were more informative of what they did. I have several animals, and they were very respectful of them. I paid $100 for the entire house. Their responsiveness and punctuality were very good. They made me feel more like family, and I felt very comfortable with them; I would still say they were good at their professionalism because of the way they made me feel. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
