Mike is the best - bar none! He costs a little more but delivers with perfection. He is so much above the rest in this area. Definitely top-tier work.

It went great and looks absolutely awesome!! We are very pleased!! Mike Palmer and his assistant Matt did an amazing job!! We will definitely recommend them and would hire them again. In fact we want them to come back and install a ceramic tile floor in our kitchen in the future.

He was quick and efficient. Mr. Palmer prefers larger jobs as a rule. One shouldn't be surprised if he is busy.

This work went very, very well.  I had initially contacted Mike via email, and he was very fast in responding.  He came to my home and discussed what I wanted to be done.  He gave me options and explained how the work was to be done. He send me a statement of work, what was going to be covered and what materials he supplied and a detailed listing of  items I was to purchase. I had started removing the old caulk and he graciousy said he would recaulk the counter top as long as I removed the rest of the old caulk, which I did.  At the time of the consult, he was busy, so we checked our calendars and set a tentative date.  I had a trip planned so when I returned, I alerted Mike, and we confirmed a starting date.  Mike responded to all emails and phone calls promptly.  On the morning of the start of thejob, he contacted me that he had a stop todo, so would be a little later - this was greatly appreciated.  At the end of the first day, and before they left my home, we set up the next day's starting time and they showed as planned.  Mike was professional and a pleasure to work

Mike was A1. I have used him several times since. He is not going to be the cheapest tile guy out there but is certainly the best. There are so many people that claim they can do tile and it is truly an art. I am yet to find someone on the same level.

Mike is the total package in terms of skill, knowledge, and creativity. Our floors are concrete with cracks and waves throughout and the result was amazing. Without the surface preparation and membrane application the outcome could have been so different.
None of the other contractors explained the difference in various types of tile or the choices and consequences in the layout. And I had no idea that different grouts were available depending on the situation. Mike’s suggestion of a glass and granite mosaic strip on the tub surround was the icing on the cake.
Mike also detailed the process of waterproofing a tile tub surround and installed both a grab bar and soap/shampoo niche for us as well.
I also had both a phone line and cable run down the hall to the bedroom and the tile baseboard concealed those completely. (I was set to spend extra on bull nose for the baseboard until Mike suggested ripping a 12 by 12 tile in half dropping the cost of
material from $3.58 per foot to $.79 per foot.)
For those looking to flip their property and in need of a cheap installation done quickly should remember that a quality result is seldom the path of least resistance.
