Called and met with Maranatha (Lesee) to work out statement of work. We worked out pricing on straight cost by square, remove and install + permits price and 1/2 dumpster cost. They helped with working out material list requirements needed to complete the job.
As buyer/owner I worked with a local supplier (Lowes), selected the grade of products, pricing and delivery.
Maranatha Roofing crew showed up when requested to receive materials from Lowes on roof and started working striping roof. They continued working striping and installing new shingles one roof pitch at a time. At no time was there a danger of leaving a unexposed roof daily during inclement weather. Care was taken on stripping and removal material into the dumpster. .Areas around house was cleaned daily.
Maranatha Roofing crew showed up consistently on time and put in a full days work. Any concerns or questions were addressed professionally with resolve. Thirty-four squares (One square is equal to 100 square feet) was installed with no waves in shingle lines nor uneven edges. All flashing was right on with bump outs and around brick chimney. This job was completed on a house east of Rt 17 (near ocean)
