Pest Control
They are licensed, insured, and bonded. David Avant is the owner. He is really good. He is honest. As a matter of fact, he is preacher of a church. I am not worried about getting ripped off. He will always mark $20 off the price. He is really prompt. I asked him once that why he didn't spray in the lawn. He said that it was raining for two days, so if he put the stuff on the ground then it would just wash away. He said he would wait until the rain stops, so it would be dry to put the stuff. I said I didn't even think about it. He charges per square footage area. The real estate agent also knew him since he was a kid. I wanted someone who doesn't use chemicals to treat the termite because my wife was out of hospital and I have a 4-year old.
